oxygen to pass through to nourish your eyes as you wear the lenses. Soft contact lenses are VERY COMFORTABLE because
they are flexible and they conform to the natural shape of your eye.
As a result, soft contacts lenses are the most popular
form of contact lenses available today.
Many forms of Soft Contact lenses are available.
Today, lenses that are frequently replaced are the most popular
option. The replacement schedule varies for the type of lens. Some
lenses are replaced everyday whereas others are replaced at longer
intervals such as weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly. New
lens polymers have also been developed to allow safe continuous
wear – up to 30 days! Standard soft lenses that are maintained
up to 2 years are also still available, however rarely recommended
anymore.
